Ensures that the management of product portfolio is in line with customer satisfaction, progressive profitability and value proposition. Ensures products developed are in cohesion of Brand DNA, Brand Architecture, Category Hierarchy and Category Architecture. Evaluates trends in the personal care and color cosmetic industry. Conceptualizes and initiates new product development.
